Hayloft Plants.

Yvonne founded Hayloft from an old oak kitchen table back in 1993. Harriet soon joined forces, where many a day was spent taking orders, hand picking plants and carefully packaging products whilst overseeing any commotion from mischievous little ones. In recent times, we have grown beyond measure, moving from kitchen table to office desk and are embracing an ever-expanding team of individuals who share the same ethos and high-quality standards that were engrained from the very beginning. Today we are a successful mail order company.

Thursday 12 December 2019, 7.30 for 7.45pm
Bidford Methodist Church, Chapel Close, Bidford-on-Avon

To the Fringe and Beyond – A talk by Ginny Davis.

When you get that kick in your throat, stomach, brain - it doesn't matter where - that tells you to accept a challenge, who knows where it will lead? Former translator and barrister, now writer and performer followed it to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival when she was old enough to know better than to try something new. This talk illustrated by scenes from her 5* comedic plays about modern family life and punctuated with a short history of barristers' wigs and gowns charts the adventures which began with poor careers advice and have led to performing live theatre in Edinburgh and beyond. It concludes with a rendition of the fastest song on two legs and a simple message: “Don’t hold back. Don’t be scared. Fulfilment is a blessing. Grab it!”

All welcome. If you would like more details please contact Shirley on 01789 773366.
