Welcome to Bidford Showcase! Bidford Showcase is all about celebrating the fantastic groups, clubs, and activities that make Bidford-on-Avon such a vibrant, welcoming place to live. Our mission is to help residents discover what’s happening right on their doorstep — from sports teams and creative groups to wellbeing clubs and volunteering opportunities.

We host free community events to bring people together, support local groups, and grow stronger connections across our village.

Our village offers an activity for everyone! We have sports and physical activity groups for all ages! Join in, suggest or start a new group.

The Bidford Showcase is an exciting opportunity for local community groups to come together and share what they have to offer with residents. The event aims to highlight the diverse range of activities, clubs, and initiatives available within Bidford-on-Avon, giving people the chance to discover new interests, get involved in local groups, and strengthen community connections.

The next Community Groups Showcase will take place on Saturday, 21st March 2026, from 1pm to 4pm at Bidford Primary School Hall. This event is open to all local organizations, from hobby and interest groups to support networks and voluntary initiatives. Whether you’re a well-established group or just getting started, this is a fantastic platform to promote what you do and connect with residents who may want to join or support your activities.

Participants will have the opportunity to set up an information stand, display promotional materials, and, if desired, provide a short demonstration or interactive experience to engage visitors. Whether it’s a hands-on activity, a live performance, or a simple showcase of your group’s work, this is a chance to make a lasting impression.

The event is free to take part in, and we encourage as many groups as possible to get involved. We’re also reaching out to additional organizations to ensure a wide variety of interests are represented. If your group would like to participate, please take a moment to complete our short sign-up form. This will help us with planning, including table space, setup requirements, and scheduling of any interactive elements.
