Regulation 19 Consultation
Subject to approval at both Councils on 15th July, consultation on the Regulation 19 Publication version of the SWLP will commence on Tuesday 21st July. The Publication or Regulation 19 Consultation is the fourth stage in the process of preparing the new South Warwickshire Local Plan (SWLP). This is the final opportunity for formal engagement with the public before the SWLP will be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate.
At its Planning Committee meeting of 8th June, the Parish Council resolved to resist the proposed developments and seek professional advice (Planning Junior Barrister) to fight Regulation 19 by proving it is not sound.
